A realty object may be a complex one:
Each of the objects above has individual properties and history, including shared ownership. Some of those properties, like location and square, are managed by the governmental registrar for real estate. Tax on property ownership and/or sale/purchase is accrued.
In case of a multi-apartment building(s), apartment owners often appear to have shared ownership on common areas. They have to govern and maintain them.
A household may be sold as a whole or partially. The latter case means selling some spots and/or some buildings, 100% or smaller shares of them.
A realty object or any of its component may be given to rent, short- or long-term. Its owners may spent a part of the received money to maintain and/or improve the realty object and withdraw the left part as income proportionally to their ownership share.
